Coach Bays at Schools for Private Buses

Mr Teo Siong Seng asked the Minister for Education if more schools in Singapore can consider opening up their coach bays for private school buses to park during non-peak hours and in the evenings.

Mr Heng Swee Keat: Currently, there are 169 schools providing a total of 630 overnight parking lots for school buses. When we receive new requests for overnight parking at specific schools, MOE will work with the school bus operators on the arrangements, while taking into consideration school safety and security.
