Dr Lam Pin Min asked the Minister for National Development if he will give an update on the lift upgrading plans for HDB's multi-storey car parks.
Mr Khaw Boon Wan: The entire Car Parks Lift Installation Programme will complete by 2017. We are giving priority to towns with a larger stock of such car parks without lift access. This includes Sengkang West where works in quite a number of the car parks will begin soon.
