Healthcare Workers Receiving COVID-19 Resilience Medal

Mr Leong Mun Wai asked the Minister for Health (a) whether all doctors, nurses and other frontliners, especially those who served in the pandemic wards, received the COVID-19 Resilience Medal; and (b) if not, how many did not receive the COVID-19 Resilience Medal and for what reasons.
