Statistics on Caseload Ratios at Family Service Centres in 2022 and 2023

Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development for FY2022 and FY2023 respectively, what are the average and median social worker to caseload ratios at Family Service Centres.

The average and median social worker to caseload ratio at Family Service Centres in Financial Year 2022 remains unchanged at 1:19 and 1:20 respectively.
