Ms Elysa Chen asked the Minister for Manpower over the last five years, how many mothers have re-entered the workforce after a caregiving break through the Career Conversion Programme and the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme, respectively.
Dr Tan See Leng: Workforce Singapore and SkillsFuture Singapore do not track whether female participants in their Career Conversion Programmes and SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes are mothers.
