The Chief Secretary (Mr E. B. David): Sir, I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Penal Code (Chapter 119 of the Revised Edition)".

Mr Speaker: I take it that a Certificate of Urgency will be available tomorrow?

Mr E. B. David: Yes, Sir.
