"to amend the Auctioneers' Licences Ordinance (Chapter 190 of the Revised Edition)", presented by Dr Toh Chin Chye; read the First time, to be read a Second time on Friday, 7th June, 1963, and to be printed.

Dr Toh Chin Chye: Mr Speaker, can item 14 be taken after the completion of proceedings on item 15? The reason is that ---

Mr Speaker: Order. I think the easiest way is for the Deputy Prime Minister to introduce that Bill, and when I say, "Second Reading, what day?", he can say, "Immediately after item 15".
