Dr Kanwaljit Soin asked the Minister for Health what will happen to the deducted MediShield premium when the present MediShield subscribers convert to MediShield Plus.

BG George Yong-Boon Yeo: When the present MediShield subscribers convert to MediShield Plus, the MediShield cover will cease. As MediShield premium is deducted yearly, any unused portion of the premium will be credited back to the Medisave accounts of the members.
