Miss Cheng Li Hui asked the Minister for Health regarding the free and voluntary COVID-19 vaccination (a) how will the Government define long-term residents; (b) what is the estimated number of Singaporeans and long-term residents living in Singapore; and (c) what is the expected cost to provide free vaccines to all Singaporeans and long-term residents.

Mr Gan Kim Yong: This question has been addressed via a Ministerial Statement by the Minister for Health, in his capacity as Co-Chair of the Multi-Ministry Task Force, on 4 January 2021.
