Private Residential Property Transactions made by Citizens, PRs, Foreigners and Companies

Mr Leong Mun Wai asked the Minister for National Development for each of the last 10 years, what percentage of private residential property transactions are attributed to (i) Singapore Citizens (ii) Permanent Residents (iii) foreigners (iv) companies that are majority-owned by Singaporeans and (v) companies that are majority-owned by non-Singaporeans.
