The Leader of the House (Dr Ng Eng Hen): Mdm Speaker, I beg to move, "That the proceedings on item 2 on the Order Paper for today be taken after item 7". That is, the Public Order (Additional Temporary Measures) Bill will be taken after the Singapore Institute of Technology Bill.
