Mr Zainal Sapari asked the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources whether the Ministry can consider sharing the number of litterbugs caught monthly in each constituency with the respective grassroots advisors, similar to the monthly updates for dengue cases, to enable a closer monitoring of the environment.
