Mr Gan Thiam Poh asked the Minister for National Development whether HDB will consider installing lifts for all multi-storey car parks (MSCPs) in the Punggol South division of Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC and, if so, when will the lifts be added.

Mr Khaw Boon Wan: HDB intends to install lifts in all of its multi-storey car parks (MSCPs) eventually. From 2007, all new MSCPs are built with lifts. HDB is studying the schedule of installing lifts in its older MSCPs.
