The Leader of the House (Dr Ng Eng Hen): Sir, I beg to move,

That, in accordance with Standing Order 10(2), the Motion standing in the name of the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs as listed in the Order Paper for today be taken now.

This is to enable Parliament to deal with the Motion first before the Second Reading of Bills.

Question put, and agreed to.
