The Minister for National Development (Mr Mah Bow Tan): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to introduce a Bill intituled "An Act to amend the Housing and Development Act (Chapter 129 of the 2004 Revised Edition)."

Mr Mah Bow Tan: Today, Sir, immediately after the conclusion of proceedings on Item 1 of the Orders of the day. Mr Speaker, Sir, I lay upon the Table a Certificate of Urgency signed by the President in respect of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Bill.
