That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, Question Time may continue for up to 30 minutes from the commencement of a sitting on the days allotted to the debate on the Budget Statement and the Committee of Supply on the Expenditure Estimates for FY 2009/2010. – [Mr Mah Bow Tan].
