Strengthening Role of Singapore Exchange in Helping SMEs Gain Access to Overseas Capital Markets

Mr Desmond Choo asked the Prime Minister (a) with easier and increased access to overseas capital markets, how does the Singapore Exchange strengthen its competitiveness; and (b) what is the longer-term role of the Singapore Exchange in helping SMEs gain access to overseas capital markets.
