Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Social and Family Development whether the standardised assessment and screening tools developed to enable frontline social service professionals to better identify and detect family violence cases include the detection of (i) emotional and psychological abuse and (ii) emotional neglect cases.
