Implementing Subsidies for Pre-IVF Fertility Tests in Ongoing Review of Fertility Health Policies

Ms Gho Sze Kee asked the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health whether the Ministry will consider subsidies for pre-IVF fertility tests as part of the ongoing review for fertility health policies.

Mr Ong Ye Kung: Today, patients who are medically indicated to undergo fertility tests receive subsidies of up to 70% at public specialist outpatient clinics.

The Ministry of Health is working with the Prime Minister's Office on an ongoing review of fertility health policies, including financing support for fertility tests.
