Conducting Strategic Environmental Assessments and Public Engagement for Western Island Project

Mr Jackson Lam asked the Minister for National Development in relation to the western island project (a) whether the Government will conduct a strategic and cumulative environmental assessment covering the full 50-year project; (b) how this differs from project-level assessments; and (c) when findings will be made public.
