The Chief Minister (Mr D. S. Marshall): Mr Speaker, Sir, may I be permitted on this solemn occasion to introduce a matter of domestic note? I should like to refer to my friend, Mr Goode, whom you have just sworn in. He is today the proud father of a one-day old daughter, and I think that all Members of the House would wish to join me in congratulating him and wishing well to Mrs. Goode and the child.

Hon. Members indicated assent.

The Chief Secretary (Mr W. A. C. Goode): Thank you very much.
