MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR (Governor's Assent to Bills passed)

Mr Speaker: I have received two messages from His Excellency the Governor informing me that His Excellency has, in accordance with the provisions of Section 62 (2) of the Singapore Colony Order in Council, 1955, assented to the following Bills:

(i) City Council Elections (Temporary Provisions) (Amendment) Bill.

(ii) Hotels (Amendment) Bill,

(iii) Ports (Amendment) Bill,

(iv) Legal Aid and Advice Bill.

(v) Registration of Deeds (Amendment) Bill.

(vi) Land Titles Bill.

(vii) Pensions Bill.
