Resumption of debate on amendment (21st November, 1956) proposed to Head 26 in the First Schedule of the Bill,

"To reduce by $100,000 the sum to be allotted in respect of sub-head 3, Family Planning Association, on page 144 of the Estimates."-(Mr Goh Tong Liang).
