The Chief Minister: Mr Speaker, Sir, I am sure Members are all anxious to conclude the proceedings on this item. May I therefore seek the assent of this House to move a motion under Standing Order 7 (11) so that the proceedings on item 1 on the Order Paper may be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No. 7?
