The Chief Minister (Dr Lim Yew Hock): Mr Speaker, Sir, as this is the last day set down for debate on the Budget, I move,
That the proceedings on the business set down for today be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No. 7.
The Minister for Education (Mr Chew Swee Kee): I second the motion.
