The following Members have, under the provisions of subsection (3) (i) of section 47 of the Singapore Colony Order in Council, 1955, obtained from the Speaker, permission to be or to remain absent from meetings of the Assembly:

Inche Abdul Hamid Bin Haji Jumat - from 30th January to 9th February 1958, and on 9th April, 1958.

Inche Ahmad Bin Ibrahim - three months from 28th March, 1958.
