The Minister for Labour and Welfare (Dr Lim Yew Hock): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move,

That the order that Sessional Paper No. S.L. 10 of 1958 do lie upon the table be discharged and the paper withdrawn.

Sir, I regret that there was a procedural error in the form of presentation of the Sessional Paper. However fresh Sessional Papers Nos. S.L. 11 to 19 of 1958 on the same subject have been tabled to take its place. These Papers have been tabled in accordance with section 3 of the Fees Ordinance (Chapter 165).
