Mr David Marshall: To ask the Prime Minister what is the title of the Singapore Government to the land and installations involved in the Scudai River scheme.

Mr Speaker: Order. There is one question in the name of the Member for Anson. He does not appear to be here. I take it the Minister responsible will be submitting a written reply in due course.
