Mr Speaker: Hon. Members will recollect that yesterday at 5.35 p.m., the Minister for Finance made a ministerial statement in regard to the Estimates for a vote on account and Development Estimates for 1963. I indicated that if hon. Members still think they do desire to have a debate on that statement, they could so indicate today and the Minister has, I think, undertaken to move that the Assembly do now adjourn in order that the debate may take place. Does any hon. Member now wish for a debate to take place on this statement?

Hon. Members indicated dissent.

Mr Speaker: No? Then it is not necessary for the Minister to move.
