Resolved, "That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill, the Second Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for 1963 and the Second Supplementary Development Estimates, 1963 (contained in Papers Cmd. 29 of 1963 and Cmd. 32 of 1963 respectively) be taken today." - [Dr Goh Keng Swee].
