The Minister for National Development (Mr Lim Kim San): Mr Speaker, I have His Excellency the Yang di-Pertuan Negara's recommendation to introduce a Bill intituled, "An Ordinance to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Wild Animals and Birds Ordinance (Chapter 238 of the Revised Edition)". I beg to introduce accordingly.
