[The following is Question No. 1:

To ask the Minister for Law and National Development if he is aware that some dispossessed families are subject to clearance action for the second time after having been rehoused; if he will seek assurance from the Housing and Development Board that care will be taken not to rehouse dispossessed families in any area likely to be affected by redevelopment, and to ascertain from the Board if there is any co-ordination amongst various departments of the Board over the matters of rehousing and redevelopment.]
