UPPER THOMSON ROAD (Construction of bus bays and shelters)

Mr Ang Nam Piau asked the Minister for Law and National Development if he will consider the construction of bus bays or shelters at all existing bus-stops along Upper Thomson Road between Mm Hock Road and Windsor Park Road.

The Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Law and National Development (National Development Division) (Mr Ho Cheng Choon) (for the Minister for Law and National Development): Mr Speaker, Sir, four bus bays and five bus shelters will be constructed along Upper Thomson Road between Mm Hock Road and Windsor Park Road as soon as the service cables are laid and other road work completed along this stretch of road.
