Mr J. F. Conceicao asked the Minister for Law and National Development if the Housing and Development Board will continue to retain a proportion of new 3-room flats for rental and not put all such units for sale under the Home Ownership Scheme.
Mr Ho Cheng Choon (for the Minister for Law and National Development): Mr Speaker, Sir, the Housing and Development Board will continue to let out for rental at least 20 per cent of the new 3-room flats.
