Resolved,

"That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, both the First Supplementary Estimates and the First Supplementary Development Estimates for the financial year 1st April, 1972 to 31st March, 1973 (respectively contained in Papers Cmd 4 and 5 of 1973) be taken today."- [Mr Hon Sui Sen].
