The Minister for Health and Home Affairs (Mr Chua Sian Chin): Mr Speaker, Sir, I have just received a letter from the Singapore Medical Association stating that they would like to make certain representations on the provisions of this Bill. In order to give them an opportunity to make representations, I suggest that the Second Reading of this Bill be postponed to the next available sitting of Parliament.
Mr Speaker: So be it.
