The Minister for Education (Dr Lee Chiaw Meng): Mr Speaker, Sir, may I seek your consent, and the general assent of hon. Members, to move that the adjournment be taken on the completion of the consideration of Head ND -- Police - today?

Mr Speaker: I give my consent. Do I have the general assent of hon. Members for the motion, as indicated by the Minister, to be moved and the question thereon proposed?

Hon. Members indicated assent.

Resolved,

"That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the House do rise today immediately after the conclusion of the consideration of Head ND - Police - in the Committee of Supply." --[Dr Lee Chiaw Meng].
