Under the provision of clause 2(d) of Article 30 of the Constitution of Singapore. I have granted permission to the following Member to be or to remain absent from sittings of Parliament (or any Committee of Parliament to which he has been appointed) for the period stated:-

Dr Goh Keng Swee (Kreta Ayer), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence - from 21st to 27th March, 1976.
