Mr Yeo Toon Chia asked the Minister for National Development and Communications when the proposed recreational facilities in Neighbourhoods I and II in Ang Mo Kio Housing Estate will be completed.

The Senior Minister of State for National Development (Dr Tan Eng Liang) (for the Minister for National Development and Communications): Mr Speaker, Sir, the recreational facilities under construction at Ang Mo Kio Neighbourhood II will be completed by September 1978.

Those at Ang Mo Kio Neighbourhood I are already in various stages of completion.
