Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for the financial year 1st April, 1980 to 31st March, 1981 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for the financial year 1st April, 1979 to 31st March, 1980 may be proceeded with immediately on the conclusion of the proceedings on the Budget for the financial year 1st April, 1980 to 31st March, 1981. - [Mr Goh Chok Tong]
