Mr Yeo Toon Chia asked the Minister for the Environment when the construction of sewerage lines along Pandan Road will be completed, and when the existing factories along Pandan Road will be able to make use of them.

The Minister for the Environment (Mr Ong Pang Boon): Mr Speaker, Sir, the sewer line along Pandan Road will be ready for use by the end of next month. Factories along this road can then apply immediately to the Sewerage Department for their internal sewers to be connected to the newly completed sewer line.
