Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for the financial year 1st April, 1982 to 31st March, 1983 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for the financial year 1st April, 1981 to 31st March, 1982 maybe proceeded with immediately on the conclusion of the proceedings on the Budget for the financial year 1st April, 1982 to 31st March, 1983. - [Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam].
