Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for the financial year 1st April, 1984 to 31st March, 1985 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for the financial year 1st April, 1983 to 31st March, 1984 may be proceeded with immediately on the conclusion of the proceedings on the Budget for the financial year 1st April, 1984 to 31st March, 1985. - [Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam).
