The Leader of the House (Mr S. Dhanabalan): Mr Speaker, Sir, I beg to move,
That the proceedings on the item of business under discussion be exempted at this day's sitting from the provisions of Standing Order No. 1.
This is to enable the Finance Minister to go beyond 4.30 pm, the Moment of Interruption.
