Mr Philip Tan Tee Yong asked the Minister for National Development when the pedestrian overhead bridge being built across Upper Serangoon Road near Lowland Road will be available for use.
Mr Teh Cheang Wan: Mr Speaker, Sir, the pedestrian overhead bridge being built across Upper Serangoon Road near Lowland Road will be completed and available for use before the end of May 1986.
