Resolved,

That notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the First Supplementary Main Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1987 to 31st March, 1988 (Paper Cmd. 3 of 1988) and the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1987 to 31st March, 1988 (Paper Cmd. 4 of 1988) be taken today. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
