Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the debate on the motion for approval of the financial policy of the Government for FY 1988/89 be continued after 4.00 pm until 5.00 pm on the days allotted for the debate and the proceedings thereon be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No. 1 until 5.00 pm on each day. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
