Resolved,
That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for FY 88/89 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for FY 87/88 may be proceeded with immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on the Main and Development Estimates for FY 88/89. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau.]
