That notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the First Supplementary Main Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1990 to 31st March, 1991 (Paper Cmd. 4 of 1991) and the First Supplementary Development Estimates of Expenditure for the financial year 1st April, 1990 to 31st March, 1991 (Paper Cmd. 5 of 1991) be taken today. - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
