Resolved,

That, notwithstanding the Standing Orders, the second and third readings of the Supply Bill for FY 1991/92 and the Supplementary Supply Bill for FY 1990/91 may be proceeded with immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on the Main and Development Estimates for FY 1991/92 - [Dr Richard Hu Tsu Tau].
